If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Dream of Italy, you may return the item(s) immediately and if they are returned in a saleable condition, you will receive a refund of your purchase price in full.

We understand that purchasing an item on the internet has some uncertainty.  We have many customers who report to us that when they have received the item it is even more beautiful than they expected or were able to see from the photos on our site.  We take care to render the colours as true as possible to the original and the large images (when you click on the photo for an item) should give you a very good view of the product.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item, please take good care of the packaging (especially for ceramic items).  You can arrange for the shipping with a courier or postal company of your choice.  If the item is damaged or broken this is unfortunately at your risk.
