Bar Idda 132 Lygon Street Brunswick East Melbourne Phone 03 9380 5339	Lygon Street in Melbourne is legendary for it's Italian restaurants and Bar Idda is right in the strip. We have never been there, but our ceramics are there! Bar Idda is described as "a slice of Sicily in East Brunswick, with simple decor of bare white walls with few ornaments, quaint mismatched crockery and tablecloths that are high reminiscent of nonna." Donovans 40 Jacka Boulevard St Kilda Victoria Ph 03 9534 8221	This restaurant is the product partly of the travels and learnings in Italy and has translated into one of Melbourne's top Italian restaurants, awarded two Chef's Hats. Gran Sasso Italiano Restaurant 260 Nepean Highway Edithvale Ph 03 9773 2117	This restaurant has been recommended by a Dream of Italy member (thanks Larraine!) who lives in Melbourne and has some very good reviews. The Italian 101 Collins Street (enter via Flinders Lane) Melbourne Ph 03 9654 9499	If you are visiting Melbourne on business or pleasure, there is a good chance you will be looking for somewhere nice to eat in the city centre. Here is a restaurant with a reputation of doing the classics very well and has won awards in both 2006 (best new restaurant) and 2009 Best Italian restaurant in Victoria.
