Best Italian Eating!

Food is so central to Italian culture.  When we travel there, if you understand Italian, you will notice that so often the topic of conversation between friends is what you have eaten, it's taste, texture and sauce etc etc!!  We have been on trains and heard teenagers discussing the merits of different types of milk, the composition of their panino for lunch etc etc.  Over the years, we have visited some outstanding Italian restaurants and unfortunately some decidedly mediocre ones (we call it "coleslaw factor").  We thought it would be a good idea to pass on the ones that are outstanding to our members for places to eat all around the world where you are more than likely have an authentic Italian dining experience.
